Now, your events that have been planned and arranged in COYO are **automatically** synchronized with your Outlook calendar. Admins can **modify details later** – such as location, time, or date – and even these changes are automatically synchronized.  You can find more information [here](http://3847057.hs-sites.com/en/blog/release20). ![02_v20-release-outlook-sync-promo-01](https://3847057.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/02_v20-release-outlook-sync-promo-01.png?width=600&name=02_v20-release-outlook-sync-promo-01.png) #### **The Launchpad** We have improved the **Launchpad** visually and functionally: Anyone using the **Office 365 integration*** can now access their **Office applications** directly from the Launchpad. And there have also been changes to the links section: now when you insert a new link, the **symbol and title** are suggested automatically. Additionally, the user experience of the Launchpad on mobile devices is now much more **comfortable**. 🤳 You can find more information [here](http://3847057.hs-sites.com/en/blog/release20). ![03_article-launchpad-promo_02](https://3847057.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/03_article-launchpad-promo_02.png?width=600&name=03_article-launchpad-promo_02.png) #### **The SharePoint Online File-Picker** Great news for everyone who uses [COYO for Office 365*](http://3847057.hs-sites.com/en/coyo-for-office365): the all-new File-Picker connects to **SharePoint Online**, so you can attach your files and documents to timeline postings, comments, and chat messages directly from SharePoint. You can find more information [here](http://3847057.hs-sites.com/en/blog/release20). ![04_6CC016CA-DC6B-448F-AF96-0A5E091E7846](https://3847057.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/04_6CC016CA-DC6B-448F-AF96-0A5E091E7846.png?width=753&name=04_6CC016CA-DC6B-448F-AF96-0A5E091E7846.png) #### **Event planning** We have significantly **simplified** event planning, so events are no longer bound to a page or a workspace, but can be created **independently**. You only need to choose whether it is a **public or private event**. 🥳  You can find more information [here](http://3847057.hs-sites.com/en/blog/release20). ![05 _Public Private Menu](https://3847057.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/05%20_Public%20Private%20Menu.png?width=600&name=05%20_Public%20Private%20Menu.png) #### **Office chat goes international** It’s all gibberish? Not anymore: With the Enterprise Release v21, **posts and comments** on the timeline **can be translated** with just one click! It’s available in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, and Russian. You can find more information [here](http://3847057.hs-sites.com/en/blog/release20). ![06_Release 20 Promo Image_04](https://3847057.hs-sites.com/hs-fs/hubfs/06_Release%2020%20Promo%20Image_04.png?width=600&name=06_Release%2020%20Promo%20Image_04.png) #### **Hey COYO, how do I update?** So that you can easily stay up to date, we have summarized the [most important information](https://knowledgebase.coyoapp.com/hc/en-150/categories/360001181840-2-Foundation) for you.  🙆🏻‍♂️** Problems?** Please contact us and open a ticket in our Service area – we will help you as soon as possible.
