From the Launchpad to Outlook Events to the SharePoint Online File-Picker – the Enterprise Release v21 has a lot to offer, that’s why we’re presenting the 5 best new features in a quick run-down.
Events with Outlook synchronization
This feature is definitely one of our biggest milestones in Office 365 integration*. Now, your events that have been planned and arranged in COYO are automatically synchronized with your Outlook calendar. Admins can modify details later – such as location, time, or date – and even these changes are automatically synchronized.

The Launchpad
We have improved the Launchpad visually and functionally: Anyone using the Office 365 integration* can now access their Office applications directly from the Launchpad. And there have also been changes to the links section: now when you insert a new link, the symbol and title are suggested automatically. Additionally, the user experience of the Launchpad on mobile devices is now much more comfortable. 🤳

The SharePoint Online File-Picker
Great news for everyone who uses COYO for Office 365*: the all-new File-Picker connects to SharePoint Online, so you can attach your files and documents to timeline postings, comments, and chat messages directly from SharePoint.

Event planning
We have significantly simplified event planning, so events are no longer bound to a page or a workspace, but can be created independently. You only need to choose whether it is a public or private event. 🥳

Office chat goes international
It’s all gibberish? Not anymore: With the Enterprise Release v21, posts and comments on the timeline can be translated with just one click! It’s available in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, and Russian.
