Improved CSV user imports
New COYO clients previously had a slight challenge to contend with: in cases where it was not possible to import all users from an active directory or LDAP or if not all employees had their own company e-mail address, users had to be entered manually. This was a pretty laborious task, especially when dealing with large numbers of employees. But those days are over – and we are now proud to present the new CSV import function.
Thanks to the new CSV import function, new clients can now export all employees and user groups into a CSV file (e.g. from their accounting software or HR directories) and then import them into COYO without any hassle. As such, all employees listed will automatically be converted into COYO users. What’s more, various user groups can be created in COYO.
New default language available: Dutch
In addition to German and English, it is now also possible to set Dutch as the COYO default language within COYO. Geweldig, hè?
Developer project: The “face game”
Our developers came up with a little widget on their free coding day – and we hope you like it. 💚 The COYO face game lets you test how many employees’ names you know – and see who in the company really knows everyone.
Where can I find the face game?
To activate the game, your admin has to put it on a specific page or in a group. Then you can start playing right away.
How the face game works
Once the game has launched, you will see the face of one of your coworkers, with four possible answers below the image. You will then have exactly 90 seconds to guess the identity of as many coworkers as possible. You will be awarded 50 points for every correct answer, but 50 points will be deducted for each incorrect answer. But every time you get the names of two consecutive coworkers right, you will receive a bonus of 50 points.

🏆 Can you beat the high score?
It’s lonely at the top, which is why only the five best players will make it onto the leaderboard* (giving them the right to brag about their amazing memory for names). Each player’s score will be shown alongside their name – and these are the scores to beat!
* Each face game widget has its own leaderboard.
Info for admins:
Do you want to limit the number of coworkers displayed in the face game? No problem. If, for example, the face game has been positioned on the page of the Sales department, you can configure it to only show those employees who follow that page.

A search function for page admins
In the blog article for Release 22, we already let you know that page admins can now see who is following their page. We have now added another handy new feature by allowing admins to search for specific coworkers among their followers. As a result, it’s now easy to find out if your new HR coworker, for example, has already subscribed to your page.
A small but sophisticated design upgrade
We can’t resist telling you about the slight design upgrade to Global Search, which is now even more user-friendly thanks to the touches of color. (For more details on the feature, go to Release 22)
