SURPRISE! We turned on the turbo boosters and hit the ground running in 2020 and are delighted to present Release 22 to you today. The latest update not only includes new features related to searching for and finding Office 365 files, but also to page subscriber lists and displaying notifications in the Tab. Ready to learn more? Then let’s go! 🚀
Finding O365 Files via COYO
🔎 1. Search COYO and SharePoint Online
If you search for a specific term using COYO’s global search bar, you’ll now be shown the top 3 SharePoint Online files (in addition to the regular results).
📤 2. Direct Access to SharePoint Online Files
Didn’t find what you were looking for? Well now you can switch from COYO’s global search tool directly to SharePoint Online to refine your search.

Only for Admins!
Who Follows My Page?
A page’s admins can now see who follows “their” page. This means they can always check who’s seeing their page’s news and whether the right coworkers are seeing their posts.
💡Need an Example?
No problem. Say some important information needs to be posted on the Sales department’s page that is also highly relevant to the Marketing department. But does everyone in Marketing even follow the Sales department’s page? One look at the list is enough for you (or rather, the admin) to know who’s going to see the post – and who won’t. Pretty handy, huh?

Favicon: Bye Bye, Little Red Badge!
And HELLO🙋🏻♂️new, up-to-minute counter. Maybe you’ve already noticed that the small number on the COYO favicon has disappeared and been replaced with a number in parentheses. The reason: The red badge on the favicon didn’t update fast enough (due to technical reasons) and sometimes lagged a bit behind the actual number of notifications 🐌. To fix this, we decided to display the badge using this new method – so you always know exactly how many new posts are waiting for you.
Have fun with the latest COYO Release 22 – and while trying out all the new features!
