Diese Version steht im Zeichen der Vorbereitung. Viele kleine Stellschrauben wurden gesetzt, um euch bald neue, große Features zu präsentieren.
Von Anpassungen im Design, der Blog-App und dem Teaser Widget bis zum Zusammenfassen von Startseiten als Sets.

Same, same but different

Das Teaser Widget soll prägnanter auf einer Seite dargestellt werden? Kein Problem! Ab sofort könnt ihr eigene Größen festlegen. 

Das Geburtstags Widget hat ein neues Design bekommen und fügt sich auf eurer Startseite ein, als wäre es nie anders gewesen.

Im COYO Lab bieten wir euch eine zusätzliche Option für eure Blog-Teaserbilder: Hinterlegt Bilder für eure Apps im Default und habt somit bei wiederkehrenden Themen eure Standardbilder direkt griffbereit.

Startseiten Sets

Eine neue und vereinfachte Möglichkeit, euren Nutzern eine Auswahl an mehreren Startseiten zuzuteilen: Erstellt Startseiten Sets. Statt einzelnem Zuweisen von jeder Startseite pro Nutzergruppe könnt ihr jetzt ganze Sets erstellen und mit wenigen Klicks alle Startseiten, die ein Nutzer benötigt, zur Verfügung stellen.
Erstellt eure Startseiten Sets und zieht per Drag & Drop ganz einfach die gewünschten Startseiten hinein.

Das war noch nicht alles. Auch an diesen Stellschrauben wurde gedreht:

  • Eine neue Berechtigung "Themen verwalten" für das geplante Hero Teaser Widget wurde hinzugefügt.

  • Das Verhalten des "Neueste Microsoft 365 Dateien"-Widgets bei zu langen Dateinamen wurde verbessert, sodass diese jetzt nach zwei Zeilen abgekürzt werden.

  • Communities die nach der Erstellung des "Vorgeschlagene Communities"-Widgets archiviert werden, werden nun automatisch aus dem Widget entfernt.

  • Der Menüpunkt "Gamification" wird in der Administration vorübergehend ausgeblendet.

  • Plug-in Updates werden nun auch unterstützt, wenn sich Lifecycle Events ändern.

  • Plug-in Updates werden nun auch unterstützt, wenn sich die globale Konfiguration ändert.
    Technischer Hinweis: Die Kriterien zur Prüfung einer globalen Plug-in Konfiguration nach dem Manifest sind strenger geworden. Admins sollten nach einem Update überprüfen, ob ein Plug-in automatisch ausgeschaltet wurde und die Konfiguration entsprechend anpassen.

  • Der Ansatz für benutzerdefinierte Konfigurationsansichten bei Plug-in-Widgets wurde überarbeitet und verbessert. Details gibt es hier.
